Steps:
- Add the butter and the sugar in a mixing bowl with a wooden spoon. Then add the vanilla, egg yolk and the flour. Stir into a dough.
- Flatten the dough onto a baking tray. Bake for 15-20 mins. It may need more or less baking time.
- Once cooked, spread on the sauce then add on the sweets/chocolate.

- 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Brush a parchment-lined sheet pan with olive oil. Place the sweet potatoes into the bowl of a food processor and process until ground (almost to a wet sand consistency). 3. Put ground sweet potatoes in a bowl and add the cheese, almond flour, salt, pepper, and egg. Stir to combine. 4. Place the potato mixture onto the sheet pan and press into a 12-inch round. Brush the top with the tablespoon of olive oil. Top with sauce and toppings of your choosing. 5. Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes until the edges just start to brown. **Note: Calorie count does not include topping choices.

- Preheat oven to 450°. Peel and cut sweet potato into 1/4-in. slices. Cut each slice into 1/2-in.-wide strips; place in a microwave-safe dish. Add water. Microwave, covered, on high 3-4 minutes or until potato is almost tender. Drain; sprinkle with salt and pepper., Unroll and press dough onto a greased 12-in. pizza pan. If desired, pinch edge to form a rim. Sprinkle with mozzarella and fontina cheeses; drizzle with 1 tablespoon oil., Top with sweet potato; sprinkle with herbs. Drizzle with remaining oil; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake on lowest oven rack 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
