Steps:

• Grind coffee, black pepper, sea salt, brown sugar, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper together in a coffee grinder until well-combined.

• Load up and grind 17gm of coffee, medium-fine in your hand grinder. If you don't have a scale, 17gm should be just above the lip of your AeroPress scoop
• Preheat and pre-wet your paper filter and the AeroPress chamber
• Place the AeroPress on top of your mug in the standard (upright) position. Add your coffee.
• Start your timer and fill the AeroPress to #4 on the chamber (220gm if you have a scale) within 10seconds. Rotate the AeroPress a little as you pour the water to make sure all the ground coffee is saturated
• Once the water reaches level 4, give it a good stir.
• Place the plunger to the top, pull up a little to create a seal and stop the coffee from filtering through
• At 1:15 remove the plunger and give the AeroPress another stir
• Place the plunger back on and start slowly pressing! Once you hear the hiss, your brew is complete.
• Total time should be 1:45 - 1:55
