- Preheat oven to 350°. Combine the first 7 ingredients; beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium for 2 minutes. Transfer to 2 greased and floured 9-in. round baking pans., Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 28-32 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely., In a large bowl, cream butter, confectioners' sugar and cocoa until light and fluffy. Beat in milk until smooth. Spread frosting between layers and over top and sides of cake., For ganache, place chocolate in a small bowl. Heat cream just to a boil; pour over chocolate and whisk until smooth. Drizzle over top of cake, allowing ganache to drape down the sides. Arrange strawberries on top of cake. If desired, brush jam onto strawberries.

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 9x13-inch pan with baking spray.
- Beat strawberry cake mix, water, eggs, and oil in a large bowl with an electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes.
- Pour sheet cake batter into pan; spread evenly. Bake 23 to 28 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack.
- If desired, overturn cake onto serving platter or large plate. Spread vanilla frosting evenly over top of strawberry sheet cake. Add sliced strawberries and raspberries. Slice, serve and enjoy!

Add egg whites, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in the strawberries, sour cream and, if desired, extract. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add to the creamed mixture. Transfer batter to prepared pans. , Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 22-26 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely., For frosting, in a large bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Add the confectioners’ sugar, strawberries and, if desired, the extract and red food coloring; beat until smooth. , Place bottom cake layer on a serving plate; top with 1/4 cup jam and 1/2 cup frosting. Repeat layers. Top with remaining cake layer. Spread remaining frosting over top and sides of cake. Garnish with strawberries if desired.
