potatoes - 15 - 20, medium - sized
margarine - or butter
carrots - 1
parsley - 2 - 3 bunches
onions - 1 head
all purpose spice - 1 teaspoon
salt - to taste

Steps:

  • First boil the potatoes, peel and cut them into quarters as you would cut an egg into quarters. Then arrange them in a greased dish and put margarine or butter over them, the all purpose spice and chopped onion, carrot and parsley.
  • Soak with a little oil over the top, to keep the potatoes from ending up dry and add salt to taste. Then place them in an oven to toast. When they turn pink, they are ready. Bon appetit :)

potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
paprika - 1 tsp
black pepper - 1 tsp
salt
savory - 1 tsp
oil
butter - 1/5 cup (70 g)
dill - 4 - 5 bunches

Steps:

  • Boil the washed potatoes until semi-cooked. Cool them, peel them and cut them into large cubes. Pour oil into a tray to cover the bottom nicely and add the butter.
  • Put it in a heated oven to cook and in the meantime, season the potatoes to taste with salt, paprika , black pepper and savory.
  • Place the potatoes in the heated oil in the tray and stir until they get coated with it. Put in the oven to toast until they catch a light tan. Remove and immediately mix with chopped dill.
