- 1. Make the Sangrita: In a large pitcher, stir the orange juice with the lime juice, tequila, triple sec and wine to combine. Chill until ready to serve. 2. Make the Lime Sugar Garnish: On a small plate wide enough to fit the rim of your serving glasses, stir the sugar with the lime zest to combine. 3. When you're ready to serve, pour the water onto another small plate wide enough to fit the rim of your serving glasses. Dip each glass into the water and then into the lime sugar. 4. Fill each glass with ice and then pour the sangrita into each glass.
