1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Flaky Layers Original Biscuits (8 Count)
4 graham crackers, separated into 8 squares
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Heat waffle maker.
  • Separate dough into 8 biscuits; separate each into 2 layers. Stretch each layer into 4-inch round.
  • Top 1 dough round with 1 graham cracker square. Top graham cracker with 6 to 7 marshmallows and 6 to 7 chocolate chips. Cover s’more filling with another dough round; press around edge to seal. Repeat with remaining dough rounds, crackers, marshmallows and chips.
  • Place 1 filled biscuit on waffle maker. Close lid; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining filled biscuits. Serving immediately.

1 c. chocolate chips, divided
1/3 c. canola or vegetable oil, divided
1/2 c. graham flour (or whole-wheat flour)
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1 c. milk
1 large egg
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Melted butter, for waffle iron
1 c. mini marshmallows

Steps:

  • Preheat Krups Belgian Waffle Maker to hot setting. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt ½ cup chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon vegetable oil. Microwave in 15- to 30-second intervals until melted. Stir together and add a bit more oil if chocolate isn’t thin enough to drizzle. Set aside. In a large bowl, mix together dry ingredients. Add in milk, egg, and vanilla, and whisk well. Whisk in remaining oil, then add in remaining chocolate chips. Add butter to waffle iron, then depending on size of waffle iron, scoop batter onto hot iron in ½ cup increments. Once waffle is deep golden brown (while waffle is still on iron), add ¼ cup marshmallows on top of one waffle section. Place another waffle on top of marshmallows, making a sandwich. (If your waffle iron is small, fold waffle in half over marshmallows to make sandwich.) Close waffle iron for 30 seconds to melt marshmallows. Remove waffles to a plate and drizzle with chocolate.
