Ingredients

1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles, any flavor
1 slice American cheese, recommend Kraft

Steps:

Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain all but about 1-2 TBSP of the broth.
Break up the cheese slice into pieces and mix in with the noodles and broth until the cheese is melted and forms a cheese sauce with the remaining broth.

2 (3-oz. each) pkgs. Sriracha-chicken-flavor Ramen noodles
2 tbsp. of Hy-Vee salted butter
2 tsp. of Hy-Vee all-purpose flour
2 c. of Hy-Vee 2% reduced-fat milk
1.5 c. of Hy-Vee shredded mac-and-cheese blend cheese
0 Cherry tomatoes
0 Fresh parlsey

Steps:

Place Ramen noodles, reserving seasoning, in a colander. Run hot water over noodles to soften.
2.
Melt butter in a saucepan. Whisk in flour; cook and stir 30 seconds. Add milk, shredded cheese, and 2 teaspoons reserved Ramen seasoning. Cook and stir over medium heat until melted. Pull noodles apart; add to cheese mixture. Simmer 2 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring to break noodles apart. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 2 to 3 minutes.

Serve topped with halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped parsley; sprinkle with additional Ramen seasoning, if desired.
