tonic water (We used The London Essence Company Original Indian Tonic Water) 

A sprig of thyme, and a slice of lemon to garnish

Steps:

  • Fill a wine glass with ice. Pour red wine and tonic water and give a gentle stir. Garnish with thyme and sliced lemon
