PILLSBURY CARAMEL APPLE COOKIES RECIPES

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 12-inch pizza pan with shortening or cooking spray. In pan, break up cookie dough; press dough evenly in bottom of pan to form crust.
• Bake 16 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
• In small bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and brown sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Spread mixture over crust. Slice apples, and arrange over cream cheese mixture.
• Drizzle caramel topping over apples, then sprinkle with toffee bits. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

• Press 9 cookies evenly in bottom of pan. Spoon pie filling evenly over cookie dough. Crumble remaining 3 cookies over pie filling.
• Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until crumb topping is deep golden brown and edges are bubbly. Remove from oven to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
• To make caramel drizzle, in medium microwavable bowl, microwave caramels and water on High 30 to 40 seconds or until melted; stir until smooth. Drizzle over cooled bars. Cut into 3 rows by 3 rows.
