Steps:
- In a sauce pan add water sugar and peach slices. Cook the mixture for 2-4 minutes on medium heat.
- Once peaches turn soft crush them with the help of a spoon to infuse flavor.
- Get this mixture off the stove and strain well using a sieve.
- Let it cool down completely.
- In the meantime ,brew your tea using a large pot or tea pot.
- Note: -Use less tea if you prefer it weaker flavor or more tea if you prefer it stronger flavor, and try not to let it steep longer than 4-5 minutes or it can get bitter.
- Once the tea is brewed strain out the tea leaves and let the tea mixture cool down.
- To serve add lots of ice in a tall glass with some slices of peach and lemon .
- And pour simple syrup we made and tea according to your taste.
- Top with some fresh mint and enjoy!

- Place tea, lemon and ginger in a heatproof container and add boiling water. Let tea steep 7 to 8 minutes. Place 4 cups of the ice in a pitcher, then pour in tea. Blend diced peaches and sugar in a blender until smooth; mix into tea. Serve in glasses over remaining ice and garnish with mint and peach slices.
