ORIGINAL NO-BAKE DIRT PIE WITH WORMS RECIPE - FOOD.COM
This pie is so easy to make and is ALWAYS the first thing to go at pot lucks! Everyone loves this and kids and adults ask for me to make this for parties. You can substitute "light" ingredients, but it loses something with the "fat free" stuff.

Steps:
- Mix butter, cream cheese and sugar in bowl and set aside. In separate bowl, mix milk and pudding. Fold in Cool Whip. Combine the two bowls gently by folding until combined completely.
- You can layer in individual bowls or in one large 12" pan. Start with a layer of 1/2 of the cookies on the bottom, layer mixture in middle and top with remaining cookies. Top with candy gummy worms. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

- Crush cookies until they resemble potting soil. Divide half of the crumbs between the flower pots. Set pots and remaining crumbs aside., In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. In another bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes (mixture will be thick). Fold in whipped topping. Gently fold into cream cheese mixture until blended., Add filling to pots; top with reserved crumbs. Cover and refrigerate until chilled. If desired, wrap silk flower stems in foil; add to flower pots. Decorate with gummy worms and display with gardening tools if desired.

- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter and confectioners' sugar until smooth. In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mixes for 2 minutes; let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set. Gradually stir into cream cheese mixture. Fold in whipped topping. , Spread 1-1/3 cups crushed cookies into an ungreased 13x9-in. dish. Layer with half the pudding mixture and half the remaining cookies. Repeat layers. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with shaved white chocolate if desired.

- Finely crush Oreos in a food processor. Add all but ¾ cup to a large bowl. Add melted butter to bowl and stir until mixture starts to hold together. Pour mixture into 9”-x-9” baking dish and pack into an even layer. In a medium bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk until thickened, then refrigerate for 10 minutes to firm up. In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together until no lumps remain. In another large bowl, beat cream until stiff peaks form. Fold pudding into cream cheese mixture, then fold in whipped cream until just combined. Pour mixture over Oreo crust and smooth with an offset spatula. Top with reserved ¾ cup crushed Oreos. Refrigerate until well chilled, at least 3 hours and up to overnight.
