4 pcs Avocado
Several parsley
4 pcs tomato
Several onion
Several Garlic cloves
Several Pickled peppers
Several salt
Several Extra virgin olive oil

Steps:

  • Remove the roots of coriander and chop the stems and leaves.
  • Cut the onion into small pieces
  • Cut garlic cloves into fine granules
  • Avocado sauce: pit the avocado and cut the pulp into pieces
  • Tomato sauce: Take the pulp part of the tomato, discard the core part with high water content, and try to keep it in a dry state
  • Take the lemon zest first, then pound the lemon juice and add it to the bowl together
  • Cut the pickled pepper into small granules and add in, and pour a little pickled pepper juice
  • Finally, top with enjoi extra virgin olive oil, add appropriate amount of salt, pepper, etc., and stir well.
  • Place the sauce on the bread slices and toast slices and serve directly in the mouth
  • storage method:
    The remaining sauce can be stored in a edible jar, filled with enjoi extra virgin olive oil, and placed in a cool place or refrigerated. Eat as much as possible within 3-5 days to ensure fresh taste

Olive vegetable fried rice with only 4 ingredients but creates extremely delicious flavor.

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 eggs
2 servings left over rice (around 3 cups)
2-3 bok choy (wash carefully and then cut into small pieces)
salt to taste
1 and 1/2 tbsp. Chinese olive vegetable
2 tbsp. cooking oil

Steps:

  • Heat 2 tablespoon of cooking oil and then fry whisked egg. Break the eggs into small pieces once well fried.
  • Place leftover rice in. Use the back of your turner and separate the grains. 
  • Add chopped bok choy and olive vegetable. Mix well. Add salt to taste before serving.

    1. Cook the rice in a pan of boiling salted water over a medium heat for 25 minutes, or until tender, then drain well. Tip back into the pan, season with sea salt and black pepper, cover with a lid and keep to one side.
    2. Meanwhile, slice the pork fillet into quarters lengthways, then cut each quarter into 3cm chunks. Place in a mixing bowl with the five-spice, a pinch of salt and pepper and 2 teaspoons of oil, then mix well.
    3. Trim and slice 3 of the spring onions diagonally into 3cm pieces. Halve, deseed and chop the pepper into 2cm chunks. Peel and finely slice the garlic, and peel and finely chop the ginger.
    4. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, cornflour and 175ml of water, then put aside.
    5. Heat ½ a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, add the pork and cashews, then stir-fry for 5 to 6 minutes, or until the pork is browned and almost cooked through, stirring continuously. Spoon onto a plate and return the pan to the heat.
    6. Turn the heat up to high, drizzle in a little oil, then add the sliced spring onion and pepper. Stir-fry for 2 minutes, then add the garlic and ginger for 1 further minute, or until golden.
    7. Add the soy sauce and cornflour mixture, then cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until thickened, stirring often.
    8. Add the pork and nuts back to the pan, cook for another 2 minutes, stirring often.
    9. If needed, add a splash of water and scrape up all the sticky bits from the bottom of the pan, then remove from the heat. Season to taste.
    10. Divide the rice between your bowls and spoon the Chinese-style pork over the top. Finely slice and scatter over the remaining spring onion and serve with lime wedges for squeezing over.
