Prep these fruity, creamy oats the night before and in the morning you've got a quick, fresh breakfast.

½ cup Quaker® Oats (Quick or Old Fashioned, uncooked)
½ cup non-fat milk
½ cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 cup fresh mixed berries and fruit

Steps:

  • Add Quaker® Oats to your container of choice and pour in milk.
  • Layer Greek yogurt, chia seeds and mixed fruit and berries.
  • Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning!

Whizz up a quick and filling peanut butter smoothie, with rolled oats and banana. Brilliant for breakfast, you can freeze the banana for extra thickness

Number Of Ingredients 8

200ml oat milk
1 banana, peeled and chopped
20g peanut butter
1 tbsp rolled oats
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of allspice
pinch of nutmeg (optional)
small handful ice cubes

Steps:

  • Whizz all the ingredients together in a blender (one suitable for crushing ice) until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve.

I made this recipe and it was good. But after I added 1/2 cup of vanilla low fat Greek yogurt it gave it another kick. The yogurt gives it a creamy taste and if you're like me trying to cut back on sweets, it stratifies that ice cream craving. Only thing I don't like is the berry chunks even after blending other than that great recipe.
