1/2 cupSagoSabudana
2 tspSabja seedsBasil seeds
1 scoopany ice cream
1 tbspRose syrup
1 handfulchopped dry fruits like almondsraisins
2 tspStrawberry Jelly
1/2 Glassmilk
1cherry to garnish
1 tspdry coconut powder
4+ 1/2 Cupwater
1 tspTutti frutti

Steps:

  • Boil 12 cup sago for 10 mins in a high flame in 4 cup waterStir it continously and then drain all water and pour cool water over itSoak sabja seeds with water for Half hour
  • Take a glassAdd Rose syrup tp it then add soaked basil seedsAdd boiled sago to it
  • Mix rose syrup with milk in a bowlAdd this to the glass in step 2
  • Add some jellydry fruits and coconut powderNow add any ice cream to this glass
  • Garnish this falooda with dry fruits and tutty frutti and dry fruits
  • You can enjoy this falooda in fast as well as in normal days to stay healthy

1/4 cup turmeric powder
3 tablespoons coconut oil
Freshly ground black pepper
2 cups coconut milk
1 cinnamon stick
1-inch piece ginger, peeled and sliced into thin coins
Honey, to taste (optional)

Steps:

  • For the turmeric paste: Whisk together the turmeric powder with 1 cup water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook the mixture until it begins to thicken and form a thick, dry paste, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and whisk in the coconut oil and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Set aside.
  • For the latte: Combine the coconut milk, cinnamon stick, ginger, honey if using and 1 tablespoon turmeric paste in a medium saucepan. (Let the remaining turmeric paste cool completely, then store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.) Bring the mixture to a slow simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes to allow the ingredients to steep. Remove from the heat and strain, then serve immediately.
