LASAGNA ROLL-UPS - MY FOOD AND FAMILY RECIPES
Build lasagna in a new way with these Lasagna Roll-Ups! With ricotta, ground beef and mozzarella cheese, Lasagna Roll-Ups are a fun way to eat this dish!

Number Of Ingredients 8
Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Brown meat in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat; drain. Return meat to skillet.
- Combine pasta sauce and A.1. Add half the pasta sauce mixture to meat; stir. Reserve remaining pasta sauce mixture for later use.
- Spray 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray. Mix egg, ricotta and 1/4 cup Parmesan until blended. Spread about 2 Tbsp. ricotta mixture onto each noodle; top with about 1/4 cup meat mixture and 2 heaping Tbsp. mozzarella. Roll up, starting at one short end of each noodle. Place, seam sides down, in prepared baking dish.
- Top with reserved pasta sauce mixture and remaining cheeses; cover.
- Bake 45 min. or until hot and bubbly.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Prepare Dinner as directed on package, using the Light Prep directions. Meanwhile, brown meat in skillet; drain.
- Spread half the Dinner onto bottom of 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with layers of half <u>each</u> of the pasta sauce, meat and shredded cheese. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Bake 20 min. or until heated through.

CARRABBA'S CHICKEN MARSALA RECIPE | TOP SECRET RECIPES
Menu Description: "Fire-roasted chicken breast topped with mushrooms, prosciutto and our Florio Marsala wine sauce." To reverse-engineer this big-time favorite entree, I ordered the dish to go, with the sauce on the side, so that I could separately analyze each component. After some trial and error in the underground lab, I found that recreating the secret sauce from scratch is easy enough with a couple small cans of sliced mushrooms, a bit of prosciutto, some Marsala wine, shallots, garlic and a few other good things. Cooking the chicken requires a very hot grill. The restaurant chain grills chicken breasts over a blazing real wood fire, so crank your grill up high enough to get the flames nipping at your cluckers (not a euphemism) for this Carrabba's chicken marsala recipe. If your grill has a lid, keep it open so you can watch for nasty flare-ups.
