Steps:

  • Spray grill with cooking spray. Preheat grill for 6 minutes.
  • In a medium shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla. Soak slices of bread in egg mixture.
  • Place slices of bread on the grill. Close lid and cook 4 minutes or until done. Repeat with remaining bread.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon before serving with butter and syrup.

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 slices English muffin bread
3 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread
Land O Lakes® Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread
Maple syrup

Steps:

  • Combine half & half, eggs and vanilla in 9-inch pie plate; mix well. Dip 4 slices bread into mixture, turning to coat both sides.
  • Melt 2 tablespoons Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread in 10-inch nonstick skillet or griddle until sizzling; add 4 dipped bread slices. Cook, turning once, 4-6 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining 1 tablespoon Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread and 4 bread slices.
  • Serve warm with additional Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread and maple syrup.
