1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
4 medium baking potatoes (about 8 ounces each)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°. Mix first 5 ingredients., Cut each potato lengthwise into 8 wedges; place in a parchment-lined 15x10x1-in. pan. Spritz with cooking spray; sprinkle with cheese mixture. Bake until tender, about 30 minutes.

mild chilli powder

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 200ºC/fan 180ºC/gas mark 6. Put the wedges in a pan, cover with cold water and bring to the boil. Cook for 3 minutes, then drain.

    When the wedges have cooled a little, put them in a large bowl. Season and toss with the olive oil and chilli powder.

    Put the wedges skin-side down on a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes, shaking every so often to stop them sticking.
