Enoki Mushroom recipe - Simple Chinese Food image

One green pepper
One Red pepper
10gram garlic
Two spoons Soy sauce
A spoonful Old godmother
A spoonful Sugar
A spoonful Vinegar
A spoonful sesame oil

Steps:

  • Enoki mushroom and green red pepper
  • Enoki mushroom root
  • Diced green and red pepper
  • Put water in a pot and boil, cook for three minutes
  • Remove the enoki mushrooms and drain the water
  • Put enoki mushrooms in a large container, add green and red peppers and garlic
  • add sugar
  • Light soy sauce
  • Put old godmother
  • Put vinegar
  • Stir well

150 g fresh enoki mushrooms ( , hard ends (around 1 inch) removed and washed)
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 green onion (, cut into sections)
2 tbsp. garlic sauce ( instruction here)
1 tbsp. light soy sauce
fresh pepper circles

Steps:

  • Remove the hard roots of enoki mushroom. Clean and slightly drain. Then lay in a plate.
  • Place garlic sauce , light soy sauce and pepper circles.
  • Steam 10 minutes and then place green onion section on top.
