½ yellow onion, sliced
4 pork chops
26 ounces condensed cream of mushroom soup
¼ cup water
2 cubes beef bouillon

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
  • Place sliced onion pieces on the bottom of a glass baking dish. Lay pork chops over the onions. Cover chops evenly with cream of mushroom soup. Add water and bouillon to the top, breaking up bouillon cubes to get the flavor spread out. Cover with aluminum foil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven, stirring the gravy once or twice, until no longer pink in the centers, about 1 hour. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of a chop should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

8 Pork Chop
3 tablespoon Yellow Mustard
1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Lemon
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice

Steps:

  • Heat your oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C). Rinse and pat dry the Pork Chop (8) and place them in a baking dish (pork chops should be roughly 1-inch thick).
  • In a bowl, mix the Mayonnaise (1 tablespoon), Yellow Mustard (3 tablespoon), Ground Cumin (1 teaspoon), Salt (1 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1 teaspoon), Honey (1 tablespoon), Garlic Powder (1 teaspoon), Dried Oregano (1 teaspoon), Lemon (1/2 teaspoon), and Lemon Juice (1 teaspoon).
  • Generously slather the chops with the sauce on both sides. Cover the baking pan with aluminum foil.
  • Bake the chops for an hour and a half.
  • Remove the pork chops from the oven and uncover them. Increase the oven’s heat to 375 degrees F (180 degrees C). Place the pan back into the oven, uncovered, for another 30 minutes.
  • Serve with your side of choice. These go beautifully with mashed potatoes.
