- In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; crumble meat; drain. Transfer to a 3-qt. slow cooker. Stir in the celery, Chinese vegetables, gravy mix and soy sauce. Cover and cook on low until celery is tender, 4-6 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve with noodles.

- In a small bowl, combine the cornstarch, broth, soy sauce, salt and ginger until smooth; set aside., In a large skillet or wok, stir-fry the mushrooms, celery, onion, pepper and carrot in oil for 5 minutes. Add garlic; stir-fry 1-2 minutes longer or until vegetables are crisp-tender., Stir cornstarch mixture and add to the pan. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Add chicken; heat through. Serve with rice; sprinkle with chow mein noodles.

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add chicken and cook until golden and crispy, 7 to 8 minutes. Move chicken to one side of skillet, and to other side, add garlic, ginger, carrot, and cabbage and cook until tender, 3 minutes. Meanwhile, make sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together broth, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Pour sauce over skillet and add cooked noodles, tossing to combine. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

- Boil chow mein noodles according to package directions. Drain. Heat 2 Tbsp. oil in wok or possibly very large frying pan. Stir-fry noodles for 3 to 5 min, or possibly till crisp and light brown. Remove from wok and set aside. Add in remaining 2 Tbsp. oil and garlic. Add in bean sprouts, bok choy, carrot, green pepper, celery, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, mushrooms and onion to wok. Stir-fry for several min over high heat. Add in shrimp, chicken and barbecued pork. Continue stir-frying several min. Add in broth and cover with lid. Cook with lid on for 3 to 4 min. Combine Cornstarch with cool water. Stir in oyster sauce, sugar, MSG, if used, and salt. Add in sauce and noodles to wok. Continue cooking just till sauce thickens about 1 minute. Serve immediately.
