CHOCOLATE NUT FUDGE ROLLS RECIPE: HOW TO MAKE IT

Chocolate Nut Fudge Rolls Recipe: How to Make It image

The recipe for these rich chocolaty nut rolls comes from a handwritten cookbook full of memorable holiday treats— my mother complied it for me the last Christmas I lived at home.

Total Time 55 minutes

Prep Time 30 minutes

Cook Time 25 minutes

Yield about 2-1/4 pounds.

Number Of Ingredients 11

2 tablespoons butter
1 ounce unsweetened chocolate
3 cups sugar
1 cup whole milk
1/4 cup honey
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white vinegar

CHOCOLATE KOLBASA (RUSSIAN NO-BAKE FUDGE COOKIES) RECIPE ...
The chef Bonnie Morales Frumkin upgraded this recipe from a treat her Russian family often made during the Soviet era as a way to stretch precious supplies like cookies and cocoa powder. By adding bittersweet chocolate and toasted hazelnuts, she has made it positively luxurious. The treat gets its name from its resemblance to a salami, with bits of nuts and cookies studding each slice.

FUDGE BALL COOKIES | JUST A PINCH RECIPES
These are so good. If you make them, you should make a double batch. If I could eat them, I could probably down half of them! They are kind of like a fudge brownie. They have such a good flavor. Make sure you don't over bake them. I usually try to get them into balls pretty quickly because the mix starts to dry out a little. They make about 2 doz, but I make mine 1 oz, so I only get 23. You can also get the cocoa mix in cherry and also mint. And these are great with extra fine chopped pecans. You gotta try em! Hope you like them. Enjoy!
