I wanted garlic knots tonight but didn't want to heat the whole house. I looked for this recipe and couldn't find one, so I just tried it and they turned out perfect.

6 frozen garlic knots (such as New York Bakery® garlic knots)

Steps:

  • Preheat an air fryer to 330 degrees F (165 degrees C).
  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and spread out garlic knots in a single layer.
  • Cook in the air fryer for 4 minutes, turn, and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

Savory and delicious air fryer garlic knots are made without oil and fat. Healthy appetizer recipe. You can also make a vegan version excluding a Parmesan cheese.

1 pound frozen pizza dough
4 garlic cloves (minced)
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (grated)
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Marinara sauce or ketchup for serving

Steps:

  • Roll pizza dough out until 1 - 1/2 inch thick.
  • Cut the dough lengthwise. Make knots rolling the dough between countertop and palm.
  • In the large mixing bowl combine olive oil, grated cheese, salt, minced garlic, chopped parsley. Stir to combine.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 360 F.
  • Dip each knot into the oil mixture and transfer to the air fryer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until ready and crispy.
  • Serve with ketchup or marinara sauce. Enjoy.
