Frozen Wine Cocktails Recipe | This Mama Cooks! On a Diet image

Easy to make wine cocktails recipes for summer parties. Your guest will love these frozen wine cocktails!

2 1.75ML bottles of Arbor Mist wine
Ice cubes
Berries
Garnishes of mint and thyme
1 1.75ML bottle Arbor Mist wine
2 8-ounce cand no-calorie flavored, seltzer
Garnishes of mint, thyme, and berries

Steps:

  • Pour Arbor Mist wine into ice cube trays. Freeze overnight.
  • Once cubes are frozen, place wine cubes in Ziploc freezer bags. Label bags with type of Arbor Mist wine used.
  • To make the Wine Cocktails Slushies, combine 2/3 Arbor Mist wine cubes to 1/3 ice cubes in a blender. Blend on high until smooth.
  • Spoon wine slushies into tall cocktail glasses. Layer with berries. Serve immediately with a garnish of thyme or mint and a tall spoon.
  • Pour Arbor Mist into ice ball maker, large ice cube molds, or 3 ounce Dixie cups.
  • Once cubes are frozen, place wine cubes in Ziploc freezer bags. Label bags with type of Arbor Mist wine used.
  • To make Skinny Frozen Wine Cocktails, place the large wine cubes in wide-mouthed glasses. (Martini, margarita or brandy glasses will do.)
  • Add the flavored seltzer. (Pour next to not over the ice cube, so the cubes will last longer.) Serve immediately with herb and berry garnish. Refresh with additional seltzer.

End your day with a refreshing Red Wine Slushie, it's the perfect way to unwind on a beautiful sunny day.

1 (750 ml) bottle of red wine, such as Red Moscato
1/3 cup (125 ml) Grand Marnier
1 cup (134 g) frozen strawberries
1 cup (116 g) frozen blackberries
1 cup (118 g) frozen raspberries
1 tbsp simple syrup
extra frozen berries for garnish

Steps:

  • Add the wine, Grand Marnier, frozen strawberries, frozen blackberries, frozen raspberries and simple syrup to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine-meshed sieve into a freezer-safe container. *If you don’t mind the seeds from the berries being in your slushie feel free to skip this step.
  • Freeze for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  • Remove the mixture from the freezer and use an ice cream scoop to scoop the slushie into individual glasses. Alternatively, you can use a fork to scrape and breakup the slushie before serving.
  • Top with frozen berries if desired.
