These remind me of my favorite fast food restaurant's little burgers! Perfect appetizer to bring to a party!

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 pounds ground beef
1 (1.25 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
½ cup mayonnaise
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
24 dinner rolls, split
½ cup sliced pickles

Steps:

  • Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
  • Mix together the ground beef and onion soup mix in a large skillet; cook and stir over medium-high heat until the beef is crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink. Drain and discard any excess grease. Remove from heat. Stir the mayonnaise and Cheddar cheese into the ground beef mixture.
  • Lay the bottoms of the dinner rolls on the prepared baking sheet. Spread the cheese and beef mixture on the bottom half of each roll. Replace the tops. Cover with another sheet of aluminum foil sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the burgers are heated through and cheese melts, about 30 minutes. Serve with sliced pickles.

Really easy to make. You can use small pan for just a few sliders, or a big pan for more. Grease doesn't get all over the stove so clean up is a breeze.

2 pound(s) hamburger
1/8 slice(s) onions, small white
- salt and pepper
1/4 cup(s) a1 sauce
1 - egg
1/4 cup(s) bread crumbs
1 package(s) hawaiian bread rolls

Steps:

  • Mix everything together. Press into 9X11 pan. I use a meatloaf pan that has a tray in it so the grease drains from the burgers. Bake on 350 for 30 minutes.
  • If using regular pan just pour off the grease or lift meat out of the pan with 2 spatulas and place on paper towels to drain. Then place back in pan.
  • Add the cheese on top and bake a few more minutes till cheese is melted. Cut into bun sized pieces and whatever toppings you want. While burgers are cooking, I prepare whatever kind of side dish I want

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, mix beef, eggs, 1/2 cup minced onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper lightly but thoroughly. Place meat mixture on a large parchment-lined baking sheet; shape into two 6x8-in. rectangles, each about 1/2 inch thick. Bake until a thermometer reads 160°, 15-20 minutes., Meanwhile, without separating rolls, cut rolls in half horizontally. Spread 1/4 cup of dressing evenly over bottom halves of rolls., Blot meat with paper towels to remove excess fat; top meat with cheese and return to oven. Bake until cheese has just melted, 2-3 minutes. Place meat on bottom halves of rolls; spread with remaining 1/4 cup dressing. Layer with pickles, remaining 1/4 cup minced onion and shredded lettuce; replace with top halves of rolls. Brush butter on top of rolls and sprinkle with sesame seeds; cut into sandwiches. Serve immediately.
