- Toss the potatoes and baby carrots in the spice Marinade your chicken in all the spices Layer the chicken,potatoes and baby carrots into a oven proof dish,add chopped coriander to the olive oil and pour over the chicken and veggies and dot with butter. Cover with foil and bake in preheated 180degrees oven for,plus minus an hour depending on your oven I steamed my potatoe wedges untill it was half way done. You can use any veggies you want for this dish. Eg.butternut pumpkin,gemsquash,sweetcorn You can layer this in an foil container and cover and leave in the fridge,overnight and bake it the next day. BTW my online order came minus the coriander so l did not use it this time.
