1/4 cup Carrots (chopped/shredded )
1/4 cup Shelled ready-to-eat edamame soybeans ((or cooked from frozen))
1/4 cup Red bell pepper, diced (Optional)
1/4 cup Cherry tomatoes (diced)
1 tbsp Olive oil
1/8 tsp Kosher salt

Steps:

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the tuna and other ingredients
  • Pour in olive oil & the salt over tuna edamame  salad.
  • Toss to combine and serve.
