This is kids special. They wish to eat more and more cheese with pizza. Its a big treats for kids. I recently did cup pizza for my kid. He love pizza and in that more cheese but in this I added more vegetable and cheese. In this corn and capsicum and onion and tomato sauce are topped with this pizza. This very good for health and make love food by attracting kids.

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 cup Pizza dough (I already did homemade pizza dough refer)
¼ cup Corn
½ chopped Onion
1/4 cup Tomato sauce
¼ cup Capsicum
½ cup Cheese
Salt (to sprinkle)
1 tsp Red chili flakes
1 tsp Italy seasoning

Steps:

  • In bowl prepare pizza dough and divide equal portion keep aside
  • Now in muffin tray grease back side and cover dough and expand to cup size. Refer pic
  • Now pre heat oven and bake for 5 mins and allow to cool and remove from cup
  • Now arrange in greased tray and apply sauce
  • Now added onion, capsicum and corn and salt
  • Now sprinkle red chili flakes and seasoning
  • Now add grated cheese
  • Now bake for 15 mins in preheated at 180 degree
  • Cup pizza is ready to serve

1 tube pizza dough
1 cup pizza sauce
1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese
desired pizza topping

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut pizza dough into 12 square pieces and place in a greased muffin tin.
  • Place a spoonful of pizza sauce and some cheese into the bottom of each cup.
  • Fill with your favorite pizza toppings and combinations!
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until fully baked. If the tops are getting too brown too quickly, cover the pan with foil and put back into the oven for the remainder of the cooking time.
  • Enjoy!
