Steps:
- Place the chocolate sandwich cookies inside a plastic bag and use a rolling pin to crush them into small chunks.
- Add of the crush cookies to the melted white chocolate and mix it together.
- Transfer the mixture to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, spreading in an even layer with a spatula.
- Sprinkle the remaining cookies over the top.
- Drizzle the chocolate over the bark.
- Freeze for at least 1 hour.
- Remove the bark from the freezer and break it into pieces.
- Enjoy!

Gently fold in crushed cookies. , Pour into two greased and floured 9-in. round baking pans. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely. , For frosting, beat the shortening, sugar, milk and vanilla in another large bowl until smooth. Spread frosting between layers and over top and sides of cake. If desired, decorate the top with whole cookies and the sides with crushed cookies.
