These gourmet-inspired bites of 2-ingredient fudgy chocolate are also pretty snowflakes that are perfect for Christmas.

1 (12 oz.) bag white chocolate chips
1 (12 oz.) tub Betty Crocker™ Fluffy White Frosting
1/2 cup blue sprinkles
Special equipment: 24-cavity silicone candy mold

Steps:

  • Spoon sprinkles into the bottom of each cavity in the silicone mold.
  • Place chocolate chips in a large, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring between until smooth.
  • Mixture should not be hot. Quickly stir in frosting until completely incorporated. Press scoops of chocolate mixture into mold. Refrigerate until cool, about 30-60 minutes.
  • Just before serving, gently peel mold from the edges of each chocolate, then press to remove chocolate from mold.

3 cups bite-size rice square cereal
3 cups bite-size corn square cereal
1 cup small pretzel twists or pretzel sticks
1 cup honey-roasted peanuts
2 12 ounce packages white baking pieces
1 12 ounce package mint-flavored candy-coated milk chocolate pieces

Steps:

  • In a very large bowl combine cereals, pretzels and peanuts; set aside.
  • Melt baking pieces according to package directions. Pour melted chocolate over cereal mixture. Stir gently to coat. Spread on a large piece of waxed paper or parchment paper. Sprinkle with chocolate pieces. Cool and break into pieces. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week or in the freezer for 1 month. Makes 16 cups.
