Steps:
- Crust: Combine first three ingredients (graham, sugar and marg).
- Press firmly into bottom of 13x9 pan.
- Chill 15 minutes.
- 1st Layer: Beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and milk till smooth.
- Fold in 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip (1/2 a container).
- Spread over crust.
- 2nd Layer: Beat pudding with 3 1/2 cups of milk for 2 minutes.
- Spread over cream cheese layer.
- Chill hours or overnight.
- 3rd Layer: Spread rest of Cool Whip over top, or before serving put dollop of Cool Whip on top of each piece.

- Combine baking crumbs and butter in 9-inch pie plate; press firmly onto bottom and up sides of pie plate to form crust.
- Add milk to dry pudding in medium bowl. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Gently stir in 2 cups of the whipped topping. Spoon into crust.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes or until set. Top each serving with 1 tablespoons of the remaining whipped topping, just before serving. Store in refrigerator.

- Preheat the oven to 350° with racks in the upper and lower thirds. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. In a large bowl, using a hand mixer, beat cake mix with Cool Whip and egg until smooth and dough has a taffy-like consistency, about 1 minute. Place powdered sugar in a shallow bowl. Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop dough into the powdered sugar and roll to coat completely. Arrange each ball 2" apart on prepared baking sheets and bake, rotating the trays halfway through, until cookies crackle and are set but still slightly soft in the center, 13 to 15 minutes. Transfer to a cooling rack and let cool completely.

I was cleaning out old plastic ware, and I found a special Cool Whip mixing bowl with 3 recipes printed on the sides. It must be 20 years old. I thought I'd save the recipes even though the bowl is destined for the feeding of outdoor stray animals.
I have not made all these pies, but I believe I remember making the Lemonade Stand Pie. It was good, to my best recollection. (Photos/Kraft)
Two of these pies are frozen, and one refrigerated. They will make a wonderfully cool summertime dessert. One regular-sized Cool Whip container has about 4 cups; so use the leftover to dollop each slice.

- Snap the chocolate into pieces, then place in a heavy-based saucepan with the milk.
- Heat gently, stirring, until smooth, then remove from the heat to cool slightly.
- Beat the sugar and egg yolks in a bowl until pale and thick. Stir in the cooled chocolate milk, then strain back into the pan.
- Cook the custard over a gentle heat, stirring all the time, until it thickens and coats the back of a wooden spoon. Don’t allow the mixture boil or it will curdle.
- Pour into a bowl and leave to cool, stirring occasionally.
- Once cooled, whip the cream into soft peaks, and fold through the chocolate mixture.
- Churn in an ice cream machine, according to the manufacturer’s instructions, until it’s frozen.
