Spinach recipe - Simple Chinese Food image

Spinach is the whole plant with roots of spinach of the amaranthaceae family. Spinach is also called boss, red root vegetable, persian grass, and persian vegetable. Spinach has the effects of smoothing the intestines, clearing heat and eliminating troubles. Spinach is rich in nutritional value. Spinach contains water, carbohydrates, protein, fat, dietary fiber, carotene, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin C, potassium, sodium, calcium, phosphorus, milling, magnesium and other nutrients.

Spinach has a certain effect on the treatment of constipation and hemorrhoids. In addition, spinach can also promote human health, prevent aging, and prevent iron-deficiency anemia; spinach is rich in vitamin C and folic acid, which can enhance the absorption of iron by the parturient. 500 g spinach
1 tbsp Cooking oil
A spoonful Fuel consumption
Right amount Chopped green onion and garlic
Two teaspoons salt
A spoonful Cooked Sesame White
Right amount Chopped chili
a little Chicken Essence
A spoonful White pepper
A spoonful Cooked Sesame Black
Two drops sesame oil
A teaspoon Wolfberry

Steps:

  • Wash spinach and cut into two pieces.
  • Finely chop green onion and garlic.
  • The first step in making chili oil is to prepare crushed chili peppers.
  • In the second step of making chili oil, put cooked white sesame seeds, a spoonful of white pepper, and a teaspoon of refined salt in a bowl, and mix well.
  • The third step of making chili oil is to pour the oil into the pot and heat it until it smokes. Pour it into a bowl and stir constantly with chopsticks to make a fragrant chili oil.
  • Boil the water and add the spinach until the spinach is cooked and tender.
  • Dry the spinach, let cool, control the water, pour in the minced garlic, chopped green onion, one spoon of oil consumption, two drops of sesame oil, one teaspoon of chicken essence, and two teaspoons of salt and mix well.
  • Pour the soaked goji berries, prepared chili oil, and cooked black sesame seeds into a basin, and stir again.

250 g water spinach
2 garlic cloves ( , sliced)
2 dried chili peppers cut into small sections;
2 tbsp. vegetable cooking oil
1/4 tsp. Sichuan peppercorn

Steps:

  • Discard the tough stems and keep the tender parts. Then break the water spinach into 10cm length sections. Wash carefully and drain.
  • Heat oil in wok over highest fire, add dried chili pepper and heat until they turn dark red. Add garlic, fry for a short time (around 5-8 seconds). Add water spinach and salt, quickly fry for no more than 20 seconds until all of the vegetables get seared evenly. Add salt and mix well.
  • Serve immediately. After around 8-10 minutes, the vegetables become dark due to oxidation process. So this should be the last to make dish if you are preparing a large meal.
