800 grams Marinated trotters
2 grams salt
3 slices Bay leaf
10gram oil
5 grams Cinnamon
10gram Red chili
5 grams Soy sauce
A star anise
5 petals Garlic cloves
10gram ginger
20 grams Cooking wine

Steps:

  • Clean the trotters and use the marinade to marinate the flavour and chop into pieces for later use.

    Prepare red pepper, garlic, ginger, star anise, cinnamon
  • Burn the oil and add the trotters
  • Stir-fry for a while, ready for use
  • Put red pepper, garlic, ginger, star anise, cinnamon in another pot and heat oil
  • Sauté with salt
  • Then pour into the pork knuckle frying spoon
  • Stir fry for a while
  • Topped with light soy sauce
  • Topped with cooking wine
  • Simmer for a minute
  • Sprinkle chicken essence
  • Stir well
  • Serve
