MAYO CHICKEN RECIPE | ALLRECIPES
This is my favorite chicken recipe, which I learned while doing low-carb dieting. I prefer dark meat so I'll use 4 legs and thighs. You can do this recipe with pork chops as well.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Stir mayonnaise, garlic, rosemary, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl. Place chicken pieces into a 9x13-inch baking dish, spread mayonnaise mixture over chicken, and top with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake until the juices run clear, chicken is no longer pink in the middle, and an instant-read meat thermometer inserted into the thickest chicken piece reads at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C), about 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Steps:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except chicken. Whisk well. Transfer half of the mixture to a serving bowl and serve as a dipping sauce.
- Add chicken breasts to a alrge bowl and toss well with the remaining sauce.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.
- Transfer chicken to the air fryer basket. Fry at 350 F (175 C) for 15 minutes.
- Remove fried chicken breasts from the fryer and transfer to a serving plate. Serve with dipping sauce.

PERFECT GRILLED CHICKEN RECIPE - BLUE PLATE MAYONNAISE

- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, 2 teaspoons of the lemon juice, thyme, and salt and pepper to taste; mix well. Transfer 1/2 of the mayonnaise-mustard mixture into a separate container, cover and set aside in the refrigerator to use for grilling and serving. Marinate chicken: Brush both sides of the chicken using the mayonnaise-mustard mixture remaining in the bowl; place in a sealable bag or covered container and marinate for at least 2 hours and up to overnight. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat; brush grill with olive oil. Remove remaining mayonnaise-mustard mixture from refrigerator and use to baste chicken while grilling. Place chicken breasts, rounded side down, on the grill and cook for 3 minutes. Rotate the chicken to create cross-hatch grill marks and continue cooking for another 3 to 4 minutes. Flip the chicken breasts, brushing both sides with the remaining mustard-mayonnaise mixture, and continue to cook for another 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (must have internal temperature of 165?). Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with salad greens seasoned to taste with olive oil, lemon juice, shaved parmesan, salt and pepper.
