I think chicken feet should not be more popular in the country than southern Fujian.
The most famous one is Hong Lai chicken feet, and there are countless bittern shops in small towns and villages that sell chicken feet.
With the help of the Midea oven, we can also make delicious chicken feet at home for a drink or entertain friends to make snacks to relieve gluttons. That’s pretty good.

500 g Chicken feet
2 spoons Curry powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
3 slices ginger

Steps:

  • Thaw the chicken feet bought back, wash and cut off the claws
  • Divide into two cuts for easy tasting
  • Boil underwater ginger and hot chicken feet in a pot. Do not close the lid
  • Take it out after a few minutes and put it in cold water. Rinse repeatedly until the chicken feet are cool
  • Pour the water, add curry powder, sugar, salt, mix well and marinate for several hours
  • After marinating, place it on a baking tray lined with tin foil
  • Preheat the Midea oven to 150 degrees in advance, and cook for 18 minutes in the upper and lower fires.
