SLOW COOKER CHICKEN CHILI RECIPE | ALLRECIPES
This is so incredibly easy, and I have made it numerous times. I love making this for freezer meals and passing it along to my friends with new babies. This makes a great freezer meal; you can add all ingredients into a freezer bag before or after cooking and freeze.

Steps:
- Lightly grease the crock of your slow cooker with vegetable oil.
- Put chicken breasts into the bottom of the slow cooker crock; add chicken broth, black beans, cannellini beans, diced tomatoes, yellow onion, chili powder, garlic, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook on Low for 6 hours (or on High for 3 hours).
- Remove chicken breasts from the crock to a cutting board. Shred chicken into strands with a pair of forks and return it to the mixture in the crock; add sour cream and stir.
- Continue cooking on Low for 30 minutes more.

- In a large pot, over medium heat, heat oil. Add onion and jalapeño and cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Add garlic, oregano, and cumin and cook until fragrant, 1 minute. Add green chilis, chicken, and broth and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, covered, 10 to 12 minutes, until chicken is tender and cooked through. Transfer chicken to a plate and shred with two forks. Return to pot and add white beans and corn. Bring to a simmer and let cook, 10 minutes, using a wooden spoon to mash about 1/4 of the beans. Turn off heat and stir in sour cream. Ladle chili into bowls and garnish with cilantro, cheese, and chips before serving.
