Ingredients

3 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 can (8-1/4 ounces) cream-style corn
1 can (7 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies
1 cup cubed Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup cubed cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Steps:

In a large bowl, combine all ingredient. Transfer to a greased shallow 2-qt. baking dish. , Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45-55 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.

2 pounds frozen hashbrowns thawed
1 ½ sticks butter
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
½ cup onion chopped
1 can 10 oz can cream of chicken soup
2 cups sour cream
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese grated
2 cups Corn flakes crushed

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350-f degrees.
In a large bowl, combine thawed hash browns with 1/2 cup melted butter and all the remaining ingredients except the corn flakes. Spread into a 9×13″ baking dish.
Mix 1/4 cup melted butter and the crushed corn flakes together and sprinkle over top of casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 1 hour. Serve hot.
