Five Minute Keto Gravy - Four Score Living image

A keto gravy that only takes five minutes to make, has less than 1 carb per serving, and can be made with beef, chicken, turkey, or veggie broths, meat drippings, or bouillon cubes. You are going to love how quickly this savory, thick low carb gravy comes together.

Number Of Ingredients 6

4 tablespoons butter (or dairy-free butter)
2 cups broth (veggies, chicken, turkey and beef work)
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon xathan gum
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Add all the ingredients to a small pot and whisk until the xanthan is absorbed. There may be a few clumps on the top, but don't worry, those will cook out.
  • Turn on your stove to medium-high heat. Bring your gravy to a boil and continue to whisk for one minute.
  • Remove the gravy from the stove. Serve hot.

  • In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Slowly add pan drippings and broth, whisking until smooth.
