1 Onion
1 Tomatoe
1 Sweet pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ cup Parsley
1 tbsp salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Chopthe sweet pepper, onion, and canned sardine finely.
  • Mixeverything together in a salad bowl, all the onions, peppers, and sardines.
  • For thedressing, you will need olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and parsley. Allthe ingredients are mixed together over the salad.

3.75 ounce Sardines in Water
to taste Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Scotch Bonnet Pepper
1 tablespoon Celery Leaves
1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
1 Tomato
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/4 Red Onion
1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Steps:

  • Remove the Sardines in Water (3.75 ounce) and place them on a plate. Using a fork break up into pieces.
  • Add Ground Black Pepper (to taste), Scotch Bonnet Pepper (1/2), Celery Leaves (1 tablespoon), Fresh Parsley (1 tablespoon), Tomato (1), and Lemon Juice (1 tablespoon). Mix well.
  • Lay the Red Onion (1/4) on top.
  • Heat up the Olive Oil (1 tablespoon) in a pan over medium heat, pour over the sardines with the red onion on top. Mix, serve and enjoy with bread or crackers.
