1/4 cup of grated fresh parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon butter (I use Brummel & Brown)

Steps:

  • Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat.
  • Drain. (I also rinse).
  • Combine cooked pasta, cheese, and butter. Toss well.
