All it takes is a few ingredients, a dose of creativity, and a bit of a sweet tooth. Plus, once you start mixing up your own cream cheese flavors, there’s a good chance you’ll get addicted to the process. After all, cream cheese is one of those ingredients that can be customized with whatever the heck you want. This particular version takes the cake, though. - Before you mix up this glorious concoction, make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature. This will make it easier to combine all of the ingredients together. To do this, let the cream cheese hang out on your countertop. About 10 minutes should do the trick.
- Once the cream cheese reaches room temperature, mix with a spoon until it is smooth and creamy.
- Add the cake mix, vanilla extract, and rainbow sprinkles. Blend until the ingredients are fully combined, making sure there aren’t any clumps of cake mix.
- Spread your magical creation onto your favorite bagel. This flavor works especially well with plain and cinnamon raisin bagels. If you’ve got a real sweet tooth, try this cream cheese with a chocolate chip or chocolate bagel.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 24 mini muffin cups with cooking spray. Place 1 cookie dough round in each muffin cup. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown.
- Carefully press end of wooden spoon into center of each cookie cup to make 1-inch-wide indentation. Cool completely in pan, about 20 minutes.
- In large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
- Carefully remove cookie cups from pan. Pipe or spoon cheesecake filling into center of each cup. Top with sprinkles. Store in refrigerator.
