Healthy Berry Smoothie Recipe - Life Made Sweeter image

This super easy Berry Smoothie is jam-packed with berry goodness! It's made with frozen strawberries, raspberries, almond milk, coconut cream and more for a refreshing dairy-free delight to kick-start your morning.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk, plus more as needed for desired consistency)
1/4 cup coconut cream (, or dairy-free Greek-style yogurt)
1/4 cup fresh raspberries (, or frozen. Adds a touch of sweetness, omit if preferred)
2 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut (, can sub with ground flax seeds, hemp seeds, or plant-based protein powder.)
1 tsp chia seeds (, can sub with ground flax seeds, hemp seeds, or plant-based protein powder.)
1 tsp maple syrup or preferred sticky liquid sweetener (omit for Whole30)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups frozen sliced strawberries

Steps:

  • Add all of the smoothie ingredients to a high-powered blender.
  • Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth or until your desired consistency is reached.
  • Add more milk, 1-2 teaspoons at a time, blending after each addition, only as needed to bring the smoothie to your ideal consistency.Pour into glasses and enjoy!
