- Preheat your oven to 440 degrees F and grease a 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray.
- Prepare flavored pudding mix as directed in the package. Set aside. For our pudding, we added 2 cups of milk as directed on the packaging. Heat the mixture over medium heat and stir continuously until thickened.
- Prepare your crumb topping. Combine both sugars, salt, and flour into a mixing bowl.
- Add the butter. Working with your hands, massage the butter into your flour mixture until it forms a texture of coarse crumbs. Set aside.
- Dust your working area with flour. Roll your dough into a circular shape until you reach roughly 3 cm thick. Transfer onto your greased pizza pan.
- Dock dough with a fork. Bake for roughly 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and spread your prepared pudding on the dough, and sprinkle with roughly ½ cup of crumb topping.
- Place back in the oven and bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool briefly once baked. Portion accordingly and serve.

Steps:
- In a small bowl, stir together the gelatin and cold water. Set aside to soften. In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, sugar, and salt until smooth.
- In a medium saucepan, bring the milk to a boil. Pour the hot milk in a steady stream into the yolk mixture, whisking constantly. Return the mixture to the saucepan and cook and stir over medium heat until the mixture coats the back of a spoon. Remove from heat and pour the custard through a strainer.
- Stir in the softened gelatin and vanilla and stir to melt the gelatin. Allow to cool.
- When the mixture has cooled almost to room temperature, whip the heavy cream to medium stiffness and fold it into the custard. Immediately transfer the Bavarian cream to parfait glasses, molds, or on prepared cake layers, as it will firm up quickly as the gelatin sets. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
