BAKED ZITI CROCKPOT RECIPES
SLOW COOKER BAKED ZITI - KITCHN
Slow cooker baked ziti is just like the traditional casserole with tender noodles swimming in marinara & mixed with a double dose of gooey, melted cheese.

Steps:
- Coat a 6-quart or larger slow cooker with cooking spray. Add the ziti, marinara, ricotta, and 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese, and stir well to combine. Sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella.
- Cover and cook until the pasta is cooked through and the cheese is melted, on the LOW setting for 3 to 4 hours or on the HIGH setting for 1 to 2 hours. Serve immediately.

INSTANT POT BAKED ZITI (ONE POT MEAL) - SKINNYTASTE
Steps:
- Using the saute button, when hot add the oil and garlic; stir 1 minute, or until golden.
- Add water and salt to the pot to deglaze, making sure the garlic is not stuck to the bottom of the pot.
- Add spinach and pasta and stir.
- Pour the marinara sauce evenly over the uncooked pasta, making sure it's covering all the pasta. Do not stir.
- Cover and cook high pressure 7 minutes.
- Quick release, then open the lid, stir the pasta, dollop in the ricotta, top with Pecorino and the mozzarella.
- Cover the lid 3 to 4 minutes, until the cheese melts.
