Air Fryer Flautas recipe featuring Laura's Lean ground beef

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 Pound Laura's Lean Ground Beef
1 Package Taco seasoning mix
1 Can Refried beans
Medium-sized flour tortillas
Cooking spray

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, brown meat and crumble until cooked through. Stir in the taco seasoning mix, remove from heat, and set aside.
  • Spray air fryer basket with oil.
  • Spread a layer of refried beans on each tortilla and spoon ground beef on top. Roll the tortillas tightly and place seam side down in the air fryer basket.
  • Spray the flautas with cooking oil and cook at 350F for about 10 minutes. Keep an eye on them, as each air fryer cooks differently.
  • Repeat with remaining. Serve with guacamole and enjoy!

Number Of Ingredients 15

1/2 c salsa (pick your favorite spice level)
4 oz softened cream cheese
4 oz can green chiles
2 t chili powder
1 t cumin
1 t garlic powder
1/2 t onion powder
1/2 t paprika
1/2 t oregano
1/2 t salt
Shredded meat from a rotisserie chicken (I use the breasts and thighs)
2 cups finely shredded Mexican blend cheese
About 12 (6-8 inch) tortillas, either flour for Flautas or corn for Taquitos
Vegetable oil for air fryer
Salsa or guacamole for dipping

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl except for cheese and chicken (and tortillas! LOL). Stir to combine and form a creamy mixture.
  • Add in cheese and chicken.
  • Roll filling up into tortillas of choice (don't forget to microwave the corn ones first if using to make more pliable) and secure with a toothpick.
  • Roll each flauta in vegetable oil, or brush it on, and place in air fryer at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Remove toothpicks, turn over, and cook another 8 minutes.
  • Serve with more salsa or guacamole for dipping.
