Steps:

  • Coat the separated turkey wings with vegetable oil. Set aside.
  • Place Cajun seasoning in a sealable bag. Add oiled wings toss them well to coat. Allow the wings to marinate for 2-6 hours.
  • Grease the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray. Add marinated wings to the oiled basket. Fry at 320 F (160 C) for 15 minutes, then flip them and continue cooking for a further 8-10 minutes. Serve hot.

4 Turkey Wing
2 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Onion
1 Vegetable Bouillon Cube
1/2 teaspoon Liquid Smoke
1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
4 tablespoon Butter
5 1/2 tablespoon Olive Oil
4 1/2 cup Water
to taste Salt
to taste Ground Black Pepper

Steps:

  • In a bowl add the Turkey Wing (4), Salt (2 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (2 teaspoon), Onion Powder (2 teaspoon), and Garlic Powder (1 teaspoon), and rub the seasoning thoroughly on the wings.
  • Place the wings in the basket of your air fryer oven and set to 430 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  • In a pot over high heat add Butter (4 tablespoon) and Olive Oil (5 1/2 tablespoon). Sprinkle in the All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup) and stir continuously as the roux starts to come together after around 10-12 minutes total.
  • Pour the Ground Black Pepper (to taste) in and whisk thoroughly. Scrape the edges and bottom of the pan. Add in the Vegetable Bouillon Cube (1) and whisk it in. Add Water (4 1/2 cup) and continue to whisk. Add Salt (to taste), Liquid Smoke (1/2 teaspoon), and whisk.
  • Place the turkey wings in the gravy, then add the Onion (1) and mix together. Cover the pot and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve with veggie sides of choice! Enjoy.
