This is a wonderful recipe to have on hand if you like something quick, easy and delicious. It's fun to mix and match different pie fillings and cake mixes to create different flavors.

Steps:
- Choose any flavor cake mix. Example:spice cake mix Add 1 can pie filling. Example:apple Add 3 eggs (The picture is a lemon cake mix with a can of lemon pie filling.)
- Put all in mixer and combine together. Pour mixture in greased and floured bundnt pan or tube pan. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes or until tested done.
- I've used many different combinations of cake mix and pie fillings and it always turns out great. You can step the recipe up by adding nuts to the batter and by drizzling the top with a glaze such as powdered sugar and milk glaze. Want chocolate? I used a fudge cake mix and cherry pie filling and topped with powdered sugar glaze. Delicious!

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom of 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
- Spread pie filling in baking dish.
- Top with dry cake mix; gently shake pan to distribute evenly.
- Pour melted butter over top, tilting pan to cover as much of top with butter as possible.
- Bake 42 to 45 minutes or until mostly dry on top and bubbly around edges. Cool 10 minutes before serving. Serve warm with whipped topping or ice cream.

- Preheat the oven to 160ºC/320ºF/gas 3. Grease a 20cm springform cake tin with a little butter and line with greaseproof paper.
- Rest a medium heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water on a medium-low heat. Break in the chocolate, roughly chop and add the butter, then allow to melt, stirring occasionally until smooth and glossy.
- Carefully remove the bowl from the heat, stir in the coffee and set aside to cool slightly.
- Separate the egg yolks and whites between two large bowls. Whisk the egg whites for 1 to 2 minutes, or until soft peaks form.
- Add the sugar to the yolks and beat for 7 minutes, or until pale. Sift in the cocoa powder and 1 pinch of sea salt, then gently fold through to combine.
- Stir in the melted chocolate mixture, then gently fold through the egg whites until smooth.
- Transfer to the prepared tin and place in the hot oven for around 1 hour, or until an inserted skewer comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely on a wire cooling rack, then serve with a dusting of cocoa powder and fresh berries.
