Ingredients

2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
5 green onions, chopped
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles, drained
1 can (3.8 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained
1 celery rib, chopped
1/4 cup chopped sweet red pepper
2 to 3 tablespoons real bacon bits
8 flour tortillas (10 inches)

Steps:

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and dressing mix until blended. Beat in the onions, green chiles, olives, celery, red pepper and bacon. Spread over tortillas. Roll up. Cut each into 1-in. slices. Refrigerate leftovers.

We took one of our favorite dips and transformed it into a roll-up appetizer that’s full of flavor.

Ingredients

2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (6 oz)
6 slices chopped cooked bacon
1 tablespoon ranch dressing & seasoning mix
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
5 Old El Paso™ flour tortillas for burritos (8 inch)

Steps:

In large bowl, beat all ingredients except tortillas with electric mixer on medium speed until well mixed.
Divide mixture evenly among tortillas, spreading evenly.
Tightly roll up tortillas.
Cut into 1/2-inch slices, and serve.

Preheat oven to 375°. In a small saucepan, combine chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing and wing sauce. Cook and stir over low heat until cheeses are melted, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat., Unroll tubes of crescent dough; separate into 16 triangles. Place 1 tablespoon chicken mixture in the center of each triangle; sprinkle with 1 teaspoon blue cheese. Bring corners of dough over filling and twist; pinch seams to seal (filling will not be completely enclosed). Place on ungreased baking sheets., Bake until golden brown, 15-20 minutes. Serve warm.
