HOMEMADE PRICKLY-HEAT/RASH FIGHTING POWDER RECIPE - FOOD.COM
This powder is awesome to use in the hot summer months when prickly heat/rash breaks out on the body due to excessive perspiration. It's best to stay cool at such a time. To do that, use this powder to stay cool and dry. I like to make a batch of this and store it in my refrigerator, so that when I apply this, I feel light and cool!Also, wear light clothing made from natural fibres such as cotton. My mom has always made me a new cotton lingerie ever since I can recall for every summer:-) This recipe is from the book Natural Beauty At Home by Janice Cox.

Steps:
- Mix both in a blender bowl, cover and process until well mixed.
- Transfer into a clean and dry jar with a few holes punched in the lid/transfer into a clean and empty salt or pepper bottle.
- Sprinkle on your skin before dressing or over your bedsheet for a good night's sleep.
