- Heat oven to 400°F. Grease or spray cookie sheet. Unroll dough; place on cookie sheet. Starting at center, press out dough into 13x9-inch rectangle.
- Bake 7 minutes. Top with pepperoni and cheese.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Cool 2 minutes. Cut pizza in half lengthwise, then cut into a total of 16 (1 1/2 inch) strips. Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.

Add the tomatoes, basil and 1/2 teaspoon salt and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat to medium and simmer, with the saucepan loosely covered in foil to avoid splattering and stirring occasionally, until fairly thick, 5 to 10 minutes, depending on your tomatoes. Remove the basil.
