- Grill hot dogs until done. Prepare Idahoan Buttery Homestyle Mashed Potato Cup according to package directions and stir in stone ground mustard. Place not dog on bun and spread potato mixture on top. Add toppings to your taste. No ketchup needed!

Had a friend when I lived in Southern Illinois that liked to make this casserole for the motorcycle club's picnic's. Very tasty.

Steps:
- Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole.
- Add hotdogs, beans and bacon. Mix and set aside.
- Combine bacon drippings, onions and pepper in a heavy skillet and cook over medium heat five minutes or till lightly browned.
- Add remaining ingredients. Mix until well blended.
- Pour over hot dog mixture and mix well.
- Cover and bake for 1 hour in 350 oven.
